🔖 Wristband Policy

• All guests must wear their wristbands at all times for identification and security purposes.
   

🔐 Guest Privacy

• Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is only used for operational and safety purposes.
   

🚫 Prohibited Items

• Hookah, drugs, and any illegal substances are strictly banned. Violation will result in immediate removal from the campsite.
   

🥃 Alcohol Policy

• Only alcohol purchased within Telangana is allowed. 
• Outside liquor is strictly not permitted.
   

⚠️ Responsible Drinking

• Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Misuse or unruly behavior under the influence will not be tolerated.
   

👫 Unmarried Couples Policy

• Unmarried couples are advised to visit as part of a group (preferably with at least two females) for safety and comfort.
   

🛰️ Guided Activities Only

• Guests are not allowed to enter the forest or use telescopes without proper guidance from our team.
   

⚖️ Behavior & Conduct

• Disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behavior will lead to immediate expulsion without refund.
   

💸 No Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable. Kindly confirm your plans before making payment.
   

🍽️ Dining Area Rules 

• Dinner and meals are to be consumed only in the designated dining area.
• No food is allowed inside tents or general camping areas to maintain hygiene and prevent animal interference.
   

🚨 Emergency Help

• Our team is always available for any emergency. Please inform us immediately in case of any issue.
  

🚌 Transportation Information 

• We do not provide transport. 
• Public buses and trains are available from Hyderabad to Vikarabad.
   

🚻 Washroom Facilities 

• Common and clean washroom facilities are available throughout the campsite.
   

📱 Lost & Found

• In case of lost or found items, inform the camp manager immediately.
